Our website service permits you to purchase products made available to you on this Site for personal use only and not for resale. Your purchase order cannot be accepted until payment in full for the products ordered has been received by us.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us—or alerts us to a transaction identified as potentially high risk—we will not be liable for any subsequent order delays or non-delivery. Lumora reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason at our sole discretion.

2. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Standard shipping estimates are provided at checkout for your convenience. Please note that while we process and hand off packages promptly, Lumora does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers.

It is the buyer's strict responsibility to ensure that the correct, complete delivery details are provided at the time of purchase. We cannot take responsibility for lost, misdelivered, or delayed shipments resulting from address mistakes made during checkout.
